Our family has moved around a lot, & we have taken our fur babies to many different veterinarians. The vets & support staff at the Animal Clinic of the Ozarks are by far the absolute best we've ever seen. They really know their stuff, are well priced, & are very caring.
I rescue animals and use this office with all my babies! I have seen all the vets here and they are wonderful. All staff is very helpful and friendly. This is the place to go for care for your fur babies.
This clinic is easily accessible, right off the highway. The staff & vets are friendly and my animals are always happy and healthy in their care!
I have been a client of Animal Clinic of the Ozarks for nearly eight years now. They’ve seen my dogs from puppy age right through to final goodbyes; from well visits to critical emergencies and everything in between. They provide excellent service and care. I won’t take my animals anywhere else and that is the highest praise I can give. I love Animal Clinic of the Ozarks.
They seem like they actually care about your pet. Had some issues with the dog and after getting her treated they called to follow up with her. Good rates to board her there as well and she likes them. That's a big plus!
Dr. Robin and all her staff are amazing. Took my grandkids cat in he was a very sick kitty lethargic tongue hanging out not eating or drinking high fever not much life in him at all.
The staff went above and beyond and Mr kitty got to come home...he had bobcat fever from tick bite very fatal for cats. This was a wake call that we need to be treating our outdoor cats with flea and tick prevention. This could have been a much different ending if it weren't for the amazing staff at animal clinic of the Ozarks. Thank you!
Always a great experience! Everyone is so nice and caring, especially to our furry family members! Usually in and out, they are very thorough but quick at the same time.
We have been seeing Dr. Theobold and Sara Bailey for a number of years, at least 25. I would highly recommend this facility and it's staff! From emergencies, to standard vet visits, to boarding! I wouldn't trust anyone else.
I have always taken my fur babies here and one of the only vets I trust with them. Always loving toward my pets.
The vet was truly involved with my pet. The staff even helped cool my pug off from the heat with I've packs and cool towels since my truck's AC is out of commission. The staff is very personable, and unlike other vets, they actually get to know my animal like she's their only patient.
Hard to come by anywhere, and they're busy so it's astounding how much love they put into every visitor. I'm happy to say I'm honored to have then as my vet. They even took time to prescribe a supplement for my pug's liver since her blood work was slightly off. An ounce of prevention is worth 25 pounds of pug love! Their blood work prices were great too. I acquired a deserted kitten with an upper respiratory infection. I’d been going to this vet for years and brought him in. Picked him & his 1 medicine up the next day. But Neo was sicker than any of us suspected. Sneezing tuned to gasping & I brought him back Friday. He was there over the weekend, having ups & downs but Robyn Theobald got the right combo. I picked him up with three meds on Monday. His med directions were easy to follow and the total bill was less than you might imagine. He’s a frisky curtain climbing little monster now. 5★
No matter how busy this place is, they always take their time with each individual human and pet. During a visit with the doctor, the vets are never rushed and will take all the time necessary to answer your questions.
The front desk staff and vet techs are all fantastic and very caring. I feel very grateful I found them and my 6 pets are in their care.
I have been bringing my furkids to this clinic for nearly 20 years. The care provided by the doctors and staff are FIRST RATE, EVERY TIME. I am so grateful for all the care and compassion over the years.
